In 1975, I took my first trip overseas and began the journey I am on now. Traveling by train, bus, and hitchhiking. Through the lively markets of Amsterdam, the emerging nation of Yugoslavia, and the turquoise waters of Greece. To Istanbul, to the Persian culture of Iran, and finally India. These journeys of textile and commerce combined to create this beautiful life. A life where I am so blessed with culture, beauty, customers, and community.
