Returns & Exchanges
APRIL CORNELL ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Not delighted with your purchase? No worries! Returns may be made on merchandise that is unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached. Footwear must be returned with original box.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- If merchandise arrived damaged or has a perceived quality issue, please contact Customer Care before returning at 1.888.332.7745 (1.887.935.0899 Français).
- If you are returning a gift (aww, someone was thinking of you!) please include their name and whether you wish to receive an online credit providing your email, or to refund the purchaser
- If packing slip or order confirmation number is not available, please provide your name and contact information on a piece of paper with your return
- Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return
- Current Season merchandise is returnable for a full refund of the purchase price to the original form of payment used
- Discounted items from "April's Attic" are returnable for online credit only, for the original purchase price of the item for use on a future purchase at aprilcornell.ca.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense, please consider using a traceable, insurable form of delivery
- We do not accept returns for worn, soiled, or washed merchandise
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges
- No returns will be accepted for Final Sale items as noted at time of purchase
- We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be made on items returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached; footwear must have the original shoebox. Exchange orders are shipped at no expense to you.
You can expedite your exchange by placing a new order with Customer Care by calling 1.888.332.7745 before sending back the item you wish to return.
- We will process the new order, waiving shipping fees and charging your credit card
- Your return will be processed and refunded separately within 2-3 weeks after it is received
Exchanges may also be made as a request included with your return & may be for same item in a different size or for another style/item of equal or lesser value to returned item. No need to contact us for mailed-in exchange requests.
Exchanges for more expensive items may not be done with mailed-in request, please contact Customer Care to place an expedited exchange prior to sending your return.
- Detach & complete the bottom portion of your packing slip including your contact info, and the item/s you wish to exchange for, include size and color
- If your exchange request is out of stock, your return will be refunded accordingly
