APRIL CORNELL ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
We have implemented new processing guidelines in our fulfillment centers to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Please allow additional processing time for returns. Thank you kindly for your patience.
Merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached. Please include packing slip/receipt or order confirmation. If packing slip or order confirmation is not available, please provide your name and contact information on a piece of paper with your return. If merchandise is damaged or has a quality issue, please contact Customer Service at 888-332-7745 before returning. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return.
CURRENT SEASON ITEMS:
Current Season merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, to the original form of payment used.
Discounted items from “April’s Attic” cannot be returned for a refund. They can be returned for online store credit only, for the original purchase price of the item. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Store credit is for use on the website only.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
No returns will be accepted for Final Sale items. Final Sale items are noted online.
We are unable to process exchanges, credits or refunds after 30 days. For questions regarding timing, please contact our Customer Service department Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5pm EST.

- Return unwanted item within 30 days of receipt.
- Detach and keep the top portion of your packing slip for your records.
- Complete the bottom potion of your packing slip with your name and contact information including phone number. (If you are not the original purchaser, please include their name as well.)

- Return shipping is at customer’s expense, but we will ship your exchange order at our expense.
- We cannot accept C.O.D returns.
- Exchanges can be made for same item, different size or for another style/item. If placing an exchange for another style/item, the current selling price of the new item will be deducted from your credit. If the new item is more expensive than the item being returned you may either include your credit card information or we will contact you for payment due.
- In a hurry? You can expedite your exchange by placing a new order with Customer Service before sending back the item you wish to return. We will process the new order, waiving shipping, and charging your credit card. Once your return is received we will issue credit for the original (returned) item.
We know you want the latest styles, so Pre Ordering gives you the option to purchase upcoming styles not yet available to ship. While pre orders are paid for when the order is placed, this just means your order will be the first one shipped once the product arrives. Pre Ordered items are noted with an Anticipated Availability Date of when the item is expected to be available for filling your order, and will be shipped within 72 hours (not including weekends or holidays) of that date. The Anticipated Availability Date is not guaranteed & may be subject to change. For orders placed with a Pre Order item(s) as well as currently available items, the available item(s) will ship immediately at no additional cost to you.
