Fabric is beautiful. Size is much too large compared to your measurement chart. I had to have it taken in. Elastic at waist is very flimsy..........

This is a lovely, flower, feminine skirt of fine cotton. Purchased with the young ladie's dress in the same pink rose pattern. The material washes well and doesn't shrink. Lots of companionship. I ordered a Large; true to size.
