I am a short (5'1"), plump (145 lbs) older woman. Trying to find a dress for my child's 1st Communion has been rough. I loved how pretty this dress looked, so I gave it a chance, expecting the worst. I'm so glad I did! It made this short, chunky older woman feel pretty for the first time in years! It is a very light fabric with a beautiful print and a white cotton gauze underdress. It was perfect for the extreme heat we had that day. Because I'm short, the dress was full length, but it looked like it was meant to be long. Don't hesitate to buy this lovely dress.
