Dream Nighty - Plum

The colour is better in person than online/catalogue, a nice, rich purple. The fabric is thin, but as a cotton nightie, great. I am a size XS in April fashions, but got a SMALL, and glad I did, as it runs small across the chest/bodice. I am small busted, but muscular and wide in the shoulders for my size; any smaller up top and I would have had to return it. That being said, I love the cotton lace details, the length, the pockets, the cut, and I look forward to wearing it under warm cotton blankets.

Dream Nighty I detest the Ecru colour on me, so I purchased the plum. In the photo on-line the plum appears to be a deep plum; however when the nightie arrived it is much lighter tone than I expected. I ordered a L on Boxing Day. While I loved the detail of lace that appears to go under the breasts in photo on line, the vertical depth from the shoulder to the lace is far too short for 42 C, so instead of the lace crossing below the breasts, it goes above my nipples of my breast! Disappointing to say the least! I do like the lace and fabric. So, I order an XL next, thinking it would fit better. The 2nd arrived and it fits not better. The depth from the shoulder seem to the lace that should go under the breast is far too short again. It is too costly to send the items back. I would not order these again for 42C.

I bought it in the plum colour. I really like the lace and fabric. The XL fits me well, except I would add an inch vertically to the bodice to accommodate a D cup.
