This dress is so feminine and delicate … very soft … cotton feels wonderful for warm weather . I bought it for my granddaughter and she loves it . She’s 11 and 5’4 so it’s a lovely thing that April makes XS which fits her well . This dress also gives her room to grow with the side ties . A very thoughtful design
