For ladies with arm lymphedema who wear a night garment: although the nighty has sleeves with cuffs, they unbutton and can be rolled up to accommodate the night garment without tearing the sleeve. This way you can have warmth on your other arm and still wear your garment. I looked long and hard for a nighty for winter that does this!

I like this nightgown so much that after buying one at full price and wearing it, I just bought two more at half off. It’s comfy without being too warm, and the silky cotton fabric feels great on the skin. In addition to being beautiful, it feels great to wear.
